Staying at Hotel Helene in Medellín's vibrant El Poblado district was a delightful experience that felt perfectly suited to both my personal and professional aesthetics as an architect. From the moment we checked in, Matheo at the front desk greeted us with warmth; he even upgraded our room, which had a lovely balcony-such a lovely touch for relaxing after a busy day of meetings. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Gerba and Michelle, who maintained the spotless environment so crucial for someone like me who appreciates both modernity and cleanliness in design. The breakfast was fantastic, with attentive wait staff serving everything with friendly smiles; just what we needed to fuel our explorations of Medellín's architectural gems. Nestled just blocks from the pink zone, we felt secure wandering around to nearby restaurants and bars-perfect for networking or unwinding after work. Hotel Helene beautifully blends comfort, modernity, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for fellow architects or design enthusiasts looking to experience this stunning city.
